It would seem, from the all Ireland births index, on Ancestry, that there were several Julia Monaghans born at Kells, around 1902 1903 1904.....I think finding her birth, and proving that it is her, is going to prove very difficult.....

Yes, name seems popular, likely descendants of a Julia along the way!

I think the best thing for you may well be to apply to get a copy of her 1939 register entry which would include her date of birth.
