Just to note and add.....

On 17th March 1863, Pvt Thomas Marwick of the 61st, was Court Marshalled/Tried in Aldershot  for "Giving away a stolen bag" and sentenced to 84 days.

(The transcription index indicates he was of the "61 Grenadier Guards" which is incorrect - the soldiers listed above him were in the Grenadier Guards, not him).
