Lee family, Midleton

Does anyone have any history about my great grandad Adolphus Gregory Lee, born in Midleton in 1875. his father was George Lee, mother Bridget Lee (nee Holmes).
He had a stepfather called John Sellors (sellars, Sellor) and brothers called George Lee, Thomas Lee, Simon Sellors, John Sellors and sisters called Ellen and Bridget Lee.

As you seem to already have quite a bit of information about the Lee family it would be better to give an idea of what else you are hoping to learn about them.

If you are hoping to go back in time, that it looks like you need RC parish records as Bridget's marriage to John in 1873 was RC, I don't see her marriage to George in the Civil Records.

Adolphus was also known as Alf. My uncle has given the info, but its all he knows.
