Dorp Street, Cape Town
« on: Thursday 28 November 19 15:44 GMT (UK) »
My great-grandfather William Edmond Hensher was supposedly a hotelkeeper of the Clyde Hotel in Dorp Street when his eldest son William was baptised in 1887. Is that hotel/ street still there does anyone know and is there any way of finding out if this is true?? (Has been recorded as Henscher too)

Dorp Street appears to be still in existence - Google Maps.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
