Bris date 1878 jul 26
AV 8 Mohels. Could be address

Not birth, and not an address.

The bris is the circumcision, on the 8th day after birth.

Av 8 is the date in the Hebrew calendar (8th day of the month of Av).

The mohel is the person who performs the circumcision.

A bit of Russian wouldn't hurt either.

I could be very wrong, but I wonder whether this could be the birth certificate that matches your original post. It is birth#29, with left page in (I think) Russian and right in Hebrew ...

Some translations that I used in my poor effort to identify the correct birth:
Kaplan = Каплана
Gena= Гена
Sivan=Сиван

Sorry if I picked the wrong one, there were 40+ to choose from (1882 continues on another role, but your ancestry links mentioned item#9 on this film)
