He died in Coventry (at 7 Barrs Terrace)  on 29 March 1920. There's a brief inquest report in the Coventry Evening Telegraph of 31 March 1920, page 3, column 5. His widow Annie gave evidence.

Hi. Lesanne, do you know if Lena and her family left the house in 1931?

The reason I am asking about your family is that I believe my grandfather was born at 7 Silver Street Saltash. I thought 1930 but it could be 1931.

His name was Chapman but I have no concrete info about the parents. Possibly mother was originally Greaves but have never tracked anyone down.

No problem. I have contacted Saltash Heritage. Excellent website and they are helping. Maybe try them too?
They have discovered that the Chapman parents married in Gloucester in 1924 before going to Saltash so Chapmans probably moved in after Gregorys.
