Thank you all this is her. Not got Isabella's birth certificate as yet

You might not need it. The GRO https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp lists the birth of Mark Stark in the December quarter of 1858, mother's maiden surname Pringle, in Berwick upon Tweed Union which includes Kyloe.

Put that together with the brother-in-law in the 1851 census and the relationships in the 1861 census, and I don't think there can be any doubt that it's the same family.

Mark Stark also ran the Post Office in Lowick
His mother Elizabeth Stark nee Pringle died there I have her death certificate Mark is the informant
. It's said there is a head stone for Elizabeth in the Church yard in Lowick but I don't know if that is true
