I have traced my 4 great grandfather to Shrewsbury / Shropshire

Year 1828: Tower St Shropshire

Address given in trade directory stating he was a Boot and Shoemaker


Year 1837 castle gates shrewsbury


Year 1851• 121, castle, street, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England


1861 • 8 castle foregate , Shropshire, England


He died in 1861 in Shrewsbury Shropshire but I don’t have exact location or cause of death.

You have put :  'Tower St Shropshire' - which town - is it Ludlow?

Have you tried Francis Frith?

When you say 'historic' - how old, as they are not going to be contemporary to all those dates?

Have you looked on google maps/street view to see what is there now?
