Just found a possible 1891 Cardiff under Reyman

David 47 master something service
Hannah 42

Master marine service 🤔

There are some possible seaman's certificates on Ancestry. One, from 1893, fits the address of the proposed 1891 census. It's a replacement certificate, as the previous one was lost off Cape Finistere in August 1893, when the SS Catho sunk

Found her on the 1939, as Anna. Can we give any info (DOB, occupation?). Seems a good match for the 1911.

She was Anna on one of the children's baptisms

Thank you for information found a great help.  Change of spelling for the surname did not help.  May I ask where on ancestry the seaman certificates could be found?  Thanks
