Sometimes by stepping side ways we can unravel a little extra but Lily is remaining elusive for the moment.

Connecticut death index - https://www.ctatatelibrarydata.org/death-records/

If you notice on the 1930 census with James Morris and Elizabeth, James is 41 years old and it says he was married at age 31 !!  So either Lily has passed away (or they were divorced) between April 1920 and 1921 when he remarried  ???

Thankyou very much for that Willsy , that is interesting.

Sandra  the Raymond one I think is another family.
The Elizabeth Willis is confusing because there are so many of them and some married to James Morris.
I checked out some on the census that seemed likely but no luck.

Thank you both for all your help.
