Need help finding birth record of Mary Ann Share  around 1874 in Dudley

she married Benjamin Stringer in 1896 and then Benjamin disappeared.

Her fathers name is stated as Benjamin Share, but I can only find Mary Ann living with her mother Sarah Share on the censuses and Sarah is single.

I can see the 1891, but it doesn't state that Sarah is mary Ann's mother, simply that she is A granddaughter of the head of house.

I looked on GRO and it says the mother's maiden name is Thompson.

There is a Priscilla Thompson who married a William 'Shair' in 1858 so I think these would be the parents of Ann Maria.

There's a Maria share on the 1881 census born 1874 with a William and Priscilla at the same time my Mary Ann is on the census.

Mary is under 'Mary H Share' living in Dudley in 1881 with her grandparents

Have you got the name of her father from her actual marriage certificate or have you seen the parish records?

In 1901 Mary Stringer is with her children and the two Sarah Share’s from the 1891:

Also just working my way through and decided there was Sarah about 1820, Sarah about 1840, Sarah about 1860 and then Mary Ann about 1874.
