Great Great Grand daughter - I think that would have been my Auntie Kate?  She made the BEST EVER gingerbread.

KitMiller - Yes, we must be cousins! I have to confess that I haven't got a lot of information on my Cork grandmother's side of the family. I had only met her and her younger sister (Rosaline) who had moved to the US way back (possibly 1940's). It would be great to hear about her other siblings though.

KitMiller - that’s my grandmother for sure. Absolutely. She really was the best baker. I’m glad I took note to get her recipes.
