Hi, Please could you lookup William Hanson in Yard Pay Books. 1759-1761. Possibly early and later. Married 1759 Rochester. 3 children in Chatham 1760-61. Then may have moved to Monkwearmouth, Durham within the following 10 years.

Also George Hanson. There are two of the same name - father (carpenter) and son (shipwright). Came from Monkwearmouth to Chatham between 1806-09 to help ship building to repel Napoleon. Father died 1816 Rochester. Son was still there 1820, and moved north again sometime after that.

Am looking for a confirmation they were workers at the dockyard, occupation, and if possible approximate years.
Many thanks! Murray
