can anyone tell me if there was such a place as lagfan hostel in 1950 in aberdare, if so do you know of a site that has a picture of it plz

There is a modern building - 'Tegfan Resource Centre' in Llewellyn St, Trecynon, Aberdare.

Could possibly be on the site of your 1950 hostel ?

The original building was Windsor House military hospital, later became Tegfan Home for the Aged.
