How to post a new post
« on: Saturday 18 January 20 03:42 GMT (UK) »
Hi,  I am trying to post a new post on the NUTCHER page.   I have read through all that is there, but nothing to do with my line.  I would like to put my line out there in case there are people with a common interest.
How do i post a new post under NUTCHER name search.  I cant find any leads.

Thank you
Anne

If you want to add to a particular thread just hit the “reply” button

Otherwise just start a new thread just as you have here.

Which Nutchers do you belong to?

Walter Charles NUTCHER b.1872 Brockhurst Hampshire England, married Miriam GOBLE b.1872 Gosport, Hampshire.
Children, all born in Alverstoke: William b.abt.1895, Frederick b.abt.1897, Harold b.abt.1898, Arthur b.1902, Wilfred b.abt.1904, Albert b.1906, Miriam b.abt.1908, Mary b.abt.1910.

I would like to know if there are any cousins tracing this line.  My link comes from Miriam GOBLE.

We may not be cousins though, but cousins in law perhaps  :)  I come from Miriam Goble, so her children are my cousins from her marriage.
Miriam Goble b. 1872 was my 2nd cousin 3 times removed.   Her children are my 3rd cousins twice removed.

That sounds right.
So you are only interested in her descendants.
I am not in contact with any of them, as I am with some of the other lines, sorry.

My tree is so vast, I could go forever with just my direct lines.  It would be nice to have the time to research or follow the marriage lines to see if any connect through other threads, but not possible until I retire, maybe.   I have found a couple of lines that connect through other links, small world, small villages back then.

Thanks for getting back to me.   Nice to know though that you are a link in the NUTCHER/GOBLE line.

Are you trying to add your details to the NUTCHER page on the Surnames Interest Table?
(Rather than a page on the Forum?)

Scroll down to the bottom of any RootsChat page.
In the dark brown ares, click on "Surname Interests".
Click on "Add a Record".
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
