Bluebell Hill look up please

If anyone has a Blue Book or Kellys around 1950-55 could they do a look up please? Trying to find the location of a house called Lyndham or very similar occupied by Leslie William Usherwood (b abt 1901)

Per the 1946 phone book the address was Lyndham, Bluebell Hill, Rochester.

Thanks Bearkat, I've passed that on. CaroleW , thanks, I am trying to help Pommehomme (Mike) sort it on the History forum . Several sources state it was burned out at Bluebell Hill

I've looked at old maps but no sign of Lyndham.

Blue Bell Hill is the name of the road that runs between Chatham and Maidstone.  It's quite steep.
It's also the name of a village but I'm not sure there's land suitable for an aircraft.  The flat land is at the top of the hill where Rochester Airport is.

I've also looked for a newspaper report without success.

Perhaps it was assumed that's where the event happened as it was the address of the registered owner.

Thanks for trying, I looked at the maps too but none go down to house names.  My thoughts were that it was a bit lumpy around there for an airstrip (and too close to Rochester)
