Problems with E-mail Notifications for btconnect email addresses

Hello,

Just to let you know that we are aware that some members who have BT email addresses have not been receiving their unusual RootsChat email notifications. The members who have already made contact with us have been given their own personal error information so that they can make contact with BT to rectify the problem.

If you are having problems with your notifications please let me know by PM so that I can check what the problem is and advice you further.

Just an update to let you know that 2 members have reported their error problem with BT and they are dealing with the matter within 2 days. If anyone else is having a problem please let me know as it maybe something we can help with at this end.

Still awaiting a reply from BT Sarah, I missed a call this week and they have told me they will ring again, no joy as at 17.30 today, I am giving them a chance and will ring them on Monday and bypass the message I get every time I ring the 0800 number, the message is somehow logged against the number I have been ringing

They tried to contact me  on my landline yesterday 3 times  but I was out and the person who answered had no idea of the problem,  they then called me on mobile with 0800 number but I had to reject it as I was in a meeting.  They then sent me a text to say they would call me between 12 and 2pm. , and asked which number to call.
They  called in the last hour and explained the situation,   I have sent a message to Sarah about this.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
