Don’t forget that in the 1841 census ages were rounded up or down so that could take care of any large discrepancy.

Oh yes, I'd completely forgotten about that! I guess that makes it more likely that Joanna Cundy and Susanna Cundy are the same person, especially since the "alias Condy" ties Joanna Cundy (buried in 1848) with Charles Cundy (also buried in 1848, with the same alias).

I was unable to find a marriage between a Charles CUNDY and a Susannah... perhaps their is one with a Joanna? Certainly Charles CUNDY was not a popular name it would seem.

The closest I can find is a Charles CUNDY bap to Wm Cundy and Susannah Turner in Pelynt in 1764. The also baptised William in 1762 and Susannah in 1767. I suppose it is "possible" that the Charles and Susannah in 1841 were brother and sister ???

And it looks like they had a child, Joanna, baptised in Rame in 1799.

Then in 1805 there's a baptism for Susanna Cunday in Rame, parents Charles and Hannah (another variation of Joanna / Susanna?).
