Elizabeth Chatwell 1806-1901

Hi everyone,

Elizabeth Chatwell, my 2xgreat grandmother, is one of my brick walls.
Born 1806 in Halesowen (then in Shropshire), she married Christopher Sockett in 1825 in Wolverhampton.
Before that I can find nothing. I'm hoping a fresh pair of eyes will be able to see something I'm overlooking.

Elizabeth Chatwell, born in Halesowen around 1805, is in more than 50 trees on Ancestry - have you contacted any of the tree owners?

No I'm not on Ancestry.

I do not think of any of the public trees has any parents showing for him, but I do not know about the private trees.

I will have a look at that.  Although she always stated Halesowen as her birthplace except for once when she put Wellington.

Peterbrough to Halesowen is around 90miles....

Quite a distance.
I notice quite a large number of Chatwells in Northamptonshire.
