Arthur E. Zander, Rockford, Illinois d. 2009

This man passed away in Rockford, Illinois on 15 July 2009. I have his obituary but as there are living children I can't post it.

I'd like to find out, if possible, what his middle name was.

Naturalization for father Otto says he arrived New York 4 April 1882 - so he should have parents or siblings showing somewhere.

Haven't come across a passenger list for 4 April 1882 for the father Otto born Germany. 
The Illinois deatt index doesn't give any details of parents - marked as UK (unknown)

There is a New York passenger list 27 April 1891 on the Zaandam showing an Otto Zander but born Poland 
Father Frederick Zander aged 46 - Ludvig and Otto both 11 years, Gustav 9 years, Emma 5 years

Looking at the Fenner family in 1900 Augusta Street Chicago Ward 14, Cook, Illinois shows noone with "E" christian or middle names -
