I'm looking for BMD information about John Morgan, father of Catherine Morgan born 1750 in Boughton. Catherine Morgan married Samuel Briscoe in 1774 in Mickle Trafford in the parish of Plemonstall.
Catherine died in 1804 aged 54 and is buried in Mickle Trafford. Therefore I look for births in the relevant time period in Chester and found Cathrine Morgan born in St Oswald's in 1750, daughter of John Morgan.
John Morgan is listed on this baptism as a labourer of Boughton, and I believe William Morgan (1750) is a likely sibling of Cathrine. There are some other possible siblings of Cathrine such as John Morgan (1752) but no occupation or residence is listed so can't confirm.
There is a marriage of John Morgan and Jane Williams in 1749 which I think is possible but there children by a John Morgan dating from before this too so there seem to be a few of the same name in Chester.
