In the 1911 Census Elizabeth isn't at home, people in workhouse, prison etc were only recorded by initials
There is an EF 40 married 12 years married 7 children born 4 living in Bawnboy workhouse

There is a death in May in the same workhouse of Eliza Farmer Railway lineman's wife

The workhouses had a hospital attached which was usually the only form of medical assistance the working class had access to.

Thanks so much for this. I am going to have to sit down and take all this into off the downloads and sort it out as there is so much at the weekend. Then I can start making proper links and research other members names.
