I can't find her baptism, but I have found the baptism of their son :

Harry James PRYCE 3 Jan 1849 St George's Cathedral Cape Town,
parents : Harry Howard Percy Pryce and Anna Christina Pryce

witnesses : John Albert SINCLAIR and Anna Christina Frederika SINCLAIR

John Albert SINCLAIR married Anna Christina Frederika WEINGARDTZ
12 Jun 1827 St George's Cathedral Cape Town

It seems likely that this couple could be Anna Christina's parents.

Anna Christina's mother, Anna Catherina Hansonius, was baptised 1786 - see baptism record here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DZN4-W2Q?i=78&cc=1478678

If Anna Christina was born in the 1830s then, going by the NAAIRS records, it seems that her parents were Anna Catherina HANSONIUS and Adamus Paulus Martinus WEINGARTZ. Anna Catherina's 1820 will was filed in 1839, so that was probably when Adamus Paulus (Paul) died.
Anna Catherina married (2) Charles Petrus Theron in 1841 - marriage record here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-6LFC-93Q?i=200&cc=1478678.

Sorry - I'm getting the generations confused:) those were her grandparents.
Her parents were Anna Christina WEINGARTZ and John Albert SINCLAIR. Her father died in 1850 - here is his Death Notice https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DB5S-VBL?i=220&cc=2517051&cat=331262
Her mother's bapt record is here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DRH9-1PY?i=181&cc=1478678
