Yes this:
Marriages Jun qtr 1889
Carter    Mary       
Gibbings.    William Cudmore       
Bedminster    5c   1181
...is indeed her. The Marriage Certificate confirms the address too.
We could only find a firm hit on the 1911 Census and a tentative one on the 1881 Census. And I see there's already a Tree created in Family Search too!
