Searching for record of birth and parents of Susannah Coffee.  My research has ended with her being born in 1837 in Somerset, England.  Still searching for when she left for Canada.  She married Henry Adams, a Mohawk from the Iroquois Six Nations.  Thank you in advance.  Tanya M.

There is a baptism for a  Susannah Coffee in 1838 in this index

Indian Baptisms at the Mohawk Chapel 1827-1840's, publication #187, Ontario Genealogical Society, Brant County Branch, Brantford.”

This is the same chapel there is a marriage between Susannah Coffee and Henry Adams.

Is this them in 1861?

If so, Susannah born Upper Canada.

There IS a hamlet in Somerset England, called Upper Canada, but in this context I think she was born in Upper Canada  on the American Continent.
