Can you read this address in Northwich ??

Hi There
On this cropped document in about the middle is Fred Sadler who is going from Southhampton to Halifax in Canada on the 17th of March 1928.
I am having trouble making out the address, it looks a bit like 5 Hawer place Had road Northwich.
But i bet someone else with local knowledge will know better.

No thanks, what i was looking for was te person living in northwich, but if its norwich then tat has answered my question, unless of course its northwich on the record, but after the power of sugestion i agree it looks like norwich in the record.
