Possibly Anna's father?
David IRVEN, Killinchy, of Ballymacashon; husband of Sarah; father of David & Jane; members of Killinchy Non Subscribing Presbyterian Church in 1841

The link for Ballymacashen shows you exactly where it is in relation to Killinchy, etc. What else did you think it would be for?

You really do need to learn how to include links in your posts to save us wasting time looking for information you've already found.

This is the Smyth/Irwin marriage which as you've posted as I was typing is incorrect-

I think this David Irven might be too old to be Anna's father but possible grandfather or more distant relative.

One good thing about searching in Belfast is resources to trace addresses. 1907 Belfast directory has Mrs. Irvine at 14 Castlereagh Place (not there in 1901 directory)- this is the address listed for sister Sarah Smith on Anna's death certificate.
https://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/ccomplete1907_2.htm
Still there in 1908, 1909, 1910

In 1912 directory the listing has changed but there's a Miss Jane Irvine at #16-

Still typing... keep checking back here...
