Royal Marines 1855 1877 East Stonehouse, Devonport
« on: Wednesday 11 March 20 10:15 GMT (UK) »
My relative, John Morton, born 1855 Clonmel, Died 1877 East Stonehouse, Devonport.
He enlisted in the Royal Marines as an Apprentice in 1871, service number 15555. His admiralty  records ADM 139/856/15555 obtained from The National Archives, end November 1877 with a squiggle
A death record coincides with his end of service for the last quarter of 1877 in East Stonehouse
Can anyone please assist with a pointer to obtain any further records from the Royal Navy regarding death in service or death in the East Stonehouse Military Hospital, Devonport?
Morton - Tipperary, Longford/Clonmel Ireland
Gallatley - Ireland,
Brownbill - Liverpool, Prescot
Burberry - Dorking
Bonnyman - Elgin/Buckie/St Albans

Can't make out the final word. A Buminaria? Albuminaria perhaps?

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,
