I managed to hear tonights; what on earth is Shula considering ordination for ?    They never accept anyone of her age .... she must be ??  60+ ??   (Just looked her up .... the character is 62+ )  She might be accepted as a Lay Reader -  but after training she'd be 65  .... but not ordained ....

Unless Borsetshire has a completely different scheme to all other dioceses, of course !

Oh, - they're so painfully slow, aren't they?

When are 'Sherlock and Watson', aka Oliver and Roy, - going to add 2 and 2 together?

We're streets ahead of them on here! (And what if they run out of Episodes before they get to the grand denouement? :o)

Romilly ;D

Thanks Kay:-)

Personally, I was rather hoping that Ambridge would remain a 'Coronavirus free zone'|

Apparently the new episodes won't start till 25th May, there will be 3 weeks of archive episodes to fill the gap

https://www.radiotimes.com/news/radio/2020-04-18/the-archers-to-air-classic-episodes-amid-coronavirus-delays/

I was also hoping they would remain virus free :(

What? I really don't see the point of airing "Archive episodes", at all!

They probably fear that if they run out of new episodes and the Archers vanishes from the airwaves that regular listeners will forget all about Ambridge and never come back........
