Do you have any idea what Thomas' occupation would be?  So far, you have Richard as a farmer, and Wm as a tile maker.

Also, are there any given names that run through the family?

No idea at all what is job was. He was baptised 5 Oct 1839 at Bishop Wilton, Yorkshire; his mother passed away 6 Jul 1843 after the birth of William and as the latter went to the US thought he might have gone too.

Mary Ann has daughters named Emma and Ida--are those family names?  Also, assume that they weren't part of the Preston piano makers.

No they are not family names but may be from the Johnson side, and, no not piano makers.
