Lookup for Hewitt..Hewitt marriage please

Hi
I am after some help if possible, for a marriage between a Lawrence Hewitt and ? Hewitt.
They have a son, born Reading 1945 with Hewitt as mothers maiden name, only marriage i can find  in Reading is to an Olive M Woodley,1943 Reading.
Sons address was known to be in  Dorset so also looked for "Dorset" wedding to no avail.. Appreciate any help. Thank you .

Is son still alive?  If so - his name should be removed as Rootschat has a no living persons policy.

Did you notice there’s also a female Hewitt birth Dec 1946 Reading mmn Hewitt

1948 Reading there’s a Hewitt/Woodley birth

Thank you.. not really looked up births as only knew of the son, and surprised to find it was a Hewitt /Hewitt poss marriage which I can't find and not a Hewitt / woodley poss Marriage as thought in first place..! This part of other halves family is giving me a headache to say the least !!!

Buying a copy of the sons birth cert will give his mothers christian names

There appears to be a 1939 entry in Berkshire for Lawrence.  His birth reg shows him as Lawrance but I can't find a death for him with that birthdate

Thank you  Yes he was born in 1917.. his name was later spelt with an E not an A.. Even searched for him spelling it Laurence, but nothing.. Very elusive..!! Was hoping not to have send for sons  birth cert but maybe only way to find wife/partner /sons mother..
