All I have is the Thingoe R.D.C area.( Suffolk)
Found them on 1939 register, but no other details only d.o.b. and address of 1 Avenue Cottages.

I can't see a birth registration on FreeBMD in Suffolk for an EM   March Quarter 1926
only the one for Bethnal Green

His date of birth (6 Jan 1926) on 2003 death entry would be a match for the Jan/Feb/Mar quarter 1926 birth entry

Bit more info has come to light
My 93 year old neighbour say she is sure that they were brothers and living with Cornish family at 1 Avenue Cottages Risby Suffolk.

I will pursue this one
