My great aunt Margaret Chalmers Dickson
« on: Wednesday 18 March 20 16:57 GMT (UK) »
As we all seem to have some extra time on our hands at the moment I would be very grateful if you expert people could restore/colour this family photograph please.
Auntie Meg was born on 26th November 1896 in Dundee. This photo was given to me by another family member recently and we believe it was taken on her wedding day in 1922.

Thank you

Thank you Carol. She died in childbirth in 1929 so I never met her but my dad had very loving memories of her which he passed on to us.

Dorrie, she was a beautiful lady, and this does look as if it could be on her wedding day but then what a tragic story.

I didn't color her dress or gloves. They look white to me.

Many thanks Peter and DanNC both restorations are amazing.

Yes her dress does look white. Just one other little thing I was told that her hair was dark auburn.
