'Time goes by so slowly' - another song.

This is Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers.  I love the film 'Ghost' which uses this song so perfectly.  Maybe we could all chose a film for our Sleepover.  If so, you have chosen mine with Ghost.

We have just had a very satisfying walk.  I hadn't been outside since Friday so it was very welcome.  We walked about 2 miles and saw about a dozen people, mostly with dogs.  EVERYONE kept their distance.  We even had a laugh with someone who crossed the road to avoid us saying 'We've got to do our bit, haven't we?'  It was very satisfying and we both felt very safe and obedient to the 6ft rule.

As for our parties it really is 'anything goes' or 'whatever rocks your boat'.  We have no 6ft rule in RootsChat world.  We can be as close as we want to.  Maybe I shouldn't say that as we are having a sleepover tonight.

I'll be getting ready for today's party very soon.  I have a very nice 'yellow with white dots' PJ bottoms but no top  :o  I'm sure I'll find something though.  I also have 'Toby' which is my 'slipper for one' - Pennines - you may remember the Big Yin talking about that.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

I also went for a stroll - along Marine Drive in Douglas.
Didn't spot any dolphins?  :(
Very few people about - maybe half a dozen in 2 miles?

Rishile - what are PJs? I don't have any!! :o

I had to retire from the fray with a hangover headache yesterday. For the first time in this emergency I had a right old breakdown  ??.  Feeling more on top of things today.  Had to nip out earlier, passed very few folk out and about but when I did I had a go at the Corona dance  ;D.

Here’s how it goes - you meet someone coming towards you, you both dodge in the same direction until one of you stands still, keeping a distance of at least 12 feet.  As you pass you nod and smile ruefully, a sorry, sorry will gain you extra points.  ;D

Rishile -- I do remember the Big Yin's both feet in one slipper joke -- that's the one for me!

Also his incontinence pants joke.

Doesn't matter how many times I see and hear him tell his jokes I still laugh as though I've never heard them before. Just thinking about him now and I'm laughing.

Despair -- do you have matching bottoms to go with that top?
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

Despair - if you don't have matching bottoms, I could use the top with my bottoms or you could use your top with my bottoms.  Either way one of us would have to find another outfit.
