Can you make out the Place of residence for Mary??
Cloncore listed as a townland within Tartaraghan Parish on the link already posted by KG and the groom was from Ballynarry - spellings have been standardised since.

And no there won't be a Birth record but you may find a Baptism record in Tartaraghan Parish Records but they are not online, just on microfilm in PRONI Belfast (the marriage was Church of Ireland).

Thanks for that info, I am new to all this so bear with me as I flounder,
I would like to find the wife of Thomas Smith, Father to John Smith as above,I assume it be before 1843 which is Johns birth date. If I found Thomas Father and Mother details, that would be icing on the cake, But I can only find what I can.

Mary is from Cloncore and John is from Ballinary.  Matchett is a very strong name in that area -- lots of them.  No birth records as it predates civil registration of births which began in 1864.  They were married in the parish church so were Church of Ireland (established church), and those records are available at PRONI (Public Record Office of Northern Ireland).  Since that is currently closed, you could write the curate at St. Paul's Church and ask if they could check their records.

Griffiths Valuation (a form of land census) was done in 1864 in Co. Armagh. At that time, James was shown in Cloncore.  It transferred to a Thomas George Matchett in 1893 (likely a son).

There are Matchetts in Ballinarry as well, along with a few Smith families, but no Thomas, who may have passed away before Griffiths was done.

Reference in the Will Calendars for the death of James Matchett of Concore who died March 9, 1890; administration of the estate granted to the widow, Ellen Matchett.

Here's the family in the 1901 Census in Cloncore:

This older post suggests that Ellen's maiden name was Metcalfe:

Sorry I am slow replying, We are in total lock down in New Zealand, so a lot happening.
Please be assured I am taking this all in and trying ensure I understand and Miss nothing.
So I assume it should be easy to find out the wife of Thomas Smith.
Father of John Smith. If she was still around then.
