I'm trying to find the parents of Edgar Clement A. Bryan, freeBMD birth record 1868 Jun qtr, Bath dist, 5c/699.   In 1881 he appears in Cold Ashton, age 13, the grandson of Emma Withey, formerly Bryan, née Tucker who was born about 1819 in Doynton.   I have looked unsuccessfully for him in 1871 census.   Perhaps the son of Frederick Bryan, born about 1840 in Cold Ashton, who also appears in the 1881 census above.   Any help greatly appreciated.

Looking at the birth reg on the GRO website the mother's maiden name was Parsons.

Leonard Bryan and Louisa Heath Parsons J-S 1865 Bath 5c 1127
