What does the "P" mean between the street number and the name please?  Thanks.

If it's pre 1928 it probably means entitled to vote in Parliamentary elections.

If you are looking at these registers online if you go back to the beginning of the register it will give a list of codes.

Pre 1920 register has

Electors whose names are not prefixed by a letter are Parliamentary & Local Government electors.

Those prefixed by a P are Parliamentary only

Those prefixed by L are Local Government only

It was a copy of an electoral register, Aberdeen City and Former Counties of Aberdeenshire, Scotland, Electoral Registers, 1832-1976 for the years 1935-1936 for8 Donalds Court so I only saw the one page, thanks.
