Saffery/Safferie - Harbledown or Ham
« on: Thursday 26 March 20 17:21 GMT (UK) »
Hi I'm hoping someone can double check the location of two christenings for me.

The first is for Thomas Saffery son of Thomas and Elizabeth Saffery. On FamilySearch this is recorded as taking place in Harbledown, and it is also listed [with the same date] as taking place in Ham. Thomas and Elizabeth were married in Harbledown so I believe the Harbledown christening is probably the right one but it would be good to make sure that there is no christening in the parish of Ham as well.

Also there are two christenings listed on FamilySearch for Elizabeth Saffery daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth with one being in Harbledown on 17 January 1669 and the other one being listed as 27 January 1668 in Ham. Are these both correct or could one be a duplication?

Thanks for any ideas and help.
Matt
