Found an Elizabeth Ellen Dixon who died 1942 in Grantham which could be her.

Thanks for the help. Looks like the 1891 census was a great hint. She was staying with her sister and family and also on the next census in 1901. Looks like they all emigrated to Canada and she went with them as I have them all on a passenger list going to Portland Maine in 1907 and then on a census in 1911 and 1921 in Canada.
