I found on the 1841 census at Cotton End/Eastcotts in Cardington ---
Mary Valentine age 50, & William age 12 and Thomas age 25 with Mary also age 25 then Sarah age 5 & Joseph age 1. I think that William & Thomas are Mary Valentine's sons, & that Thomas & Mary are man & wife & Sarah & Joseph are their children.
In 1851 census in Eastcotts we have :-
Mary Valentine age 64 widow born Cotton End, with son Thomas age 36 & his wife Mary Ann age 39 and children Sarah 15, Mary Ann 8, George 4 & Jane 2.
From FreeBMD & GRO for the latter children the mother's maiden name is Turner.
Marriage at Cardington on 12 Oct 1833 of Thomas Valentine to Mary Ann Turner.
Meanwhile son William Valentine age 21 was married on 15 Nov 1849 at Cardington to Harriett Shreeves; William's father was Thomas Valentine, carrier.
1851 census has William Valentine age 22 & wife Harriett at Eastcotts
1851 census has William Valentine age 32 & family at Wilstead
I am suggested that this Mary Valentine (possibly nee Goodship?) is wife of Thomas & with him & children were the subject of this Removal Order from Cardington back to Cople (which did not get executed)
The other Thomas Valentine age 70 is living in Eastcotts on 1841 census with son William age 20 with Joseph age 50 & Rebecca Witamore & family, there is also a Mary Witamore age 75 in the household which could well be Joseph's mother. So assume this Thomas married Mary Whitamore.
