Wedding of my lovely aunty Gladys
« on: Friday 17 April 20 19:34 BST (UK) »
I would love this picture of my auntie Gladys aged 21 in 1946. Her younger twin sisters were 10 years old. I would love to have this restored.
I would love black & white or colour would be great.
The bridesmaids dresses were wearing white tops with navy blue buttons.
The rest of the dress is blue gingham.
White socks navy blue shoes
Many thanks

The picture of the blue gingham is a memory

I'm a twin, too, so I was sort of obliged to work on this   ;)

The cloth is similar to the olden days Ayrshire Hospital Blankets.  A niece used to make teddy bears and sell them but ran out of old hospital blankets.

Gladys looks gorgeous, and the restores and colour are wonderful and really bring the photo to life.  :)
