There is an online tree which has Elizabeth's parents as John  Jones (1805 -?) and Elizabeth Lloyd (1806-?)  but no other information on them apart from info about their children Elizabeth and Owen.

Census information for Elizabeth (m John Hughes) starts at 1871.

There is an interesting family on the 1841 that might be worth investigating:

Scotland Street, Llanrwst
HO107/1403/19/24/6
Elizabeth Jones, 35, widow, not born county
Elizabeth, 6, born county
Owen, 4, born county

A baptism that would fit for Owen

9 October 1836
Tabernacle Cogregational Church, Llanrwst
Owen Lloyd Jones son of John Jones and Elizabeth LLoyd
