I am trying to locate date/place of birth and parents for a Thomas HUTCHINSON who served in the 68th Foot (Durham) Regiment.  Regimental No 554
The British Army Worldwide Index in 1861 has him stationed in Rangoon.
From 18 January 1864 to 13 March 1866 he was with the Regiment in New Zealand during the Land Wars.
