Not the Lincolnshire FHS but Lincolnshire Record Office.
Lincolnshire RO have some of their records online at Lincstothepast. I doubt that they have anything other than the Guardians minute book that the LDS has copied and as indicated on the 'workhouse page' as being nearly all that survives. This would be the document you have already seen.
