Update. 
Firstly, thank you all for your sympathetic messages. They were gratefully received..
Muriel has just called from the hospital. The Covid 19 tests came back late last night, and they are negative.
She has a viral infection which has similar symptoms to Covid 19 but it is not C-19. She has been moved to a general ward, where she is expected to stay for a couple of days. Again, thank you all.

What a relief for you both to know that the test came back negative. Hope she continues to improve and that her hospital stay will be as brief as possible.
