Death of Francis Earle Collins after 1945 likely in Thornhill York Ontario

Does anyone have access to death registrations in Ontario after 1945?

I would like to know if there is a registration for Francis Earle Collins who was born in 1899 in Lewisham and was living in Thornhill York Ontario in 1945.  His wife was Emma Priscilla Collins nee Sharpe.

Haven't found him in the newspapers...but his mother Amy's obit from June 1947 says that she is survived by her daughter Ruth and her son Frank in England.

It appears Francis Earle Collins died in 1966 in Surrey England and his widow Emma Priscilla died in 1978 also in Surrey.

His sister Ruth Mary Collins's obit from 1970 doesn't mention him.

Ruth Mary Collins died at Riverdale Hospital on April 30 1970 (that hospital is in Toronto).  Long time employee of Eatons (a large department store), only daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Thomas R H Collins of Steeles Corners.  Interment Holy Trinity Cemetery Thornhill.
