rootschat login

I keep getting logged out and then my password is incorrect, put in new password O.K for current session

The daily quiz   has logged me out and I can't get back in there.
I have been cut off from there before and now using wini3 as username
when I put in my Rootschat password I get incorrect when I use anew password I still can't get in.
I know it's me but I just get frustrated,

If you get logged out or are having problems you can always get help by clicking on the red button at the bottom of RootsChat's first page that says "contact support". This allows us to help you with emails and passwords that you would not want to reveal online.

I can see that you put the wrong password in 4 times, this could be maybe that you may have had your caps lock on, or you may have just clicked on an additional key without knowing etc but I do see that you have a "secret question" selected to retrieve your password and I am guessing that is how you managed to log in and post this topic with your original profile.

I can not see an additional profile called wini3.

When I put in my "secret question", it comes back not correct
Don't know why.
I'm maybe getting too old, I have very bad arthritis and my hands are very stiff so I sometimes hit wrong keys.
