Lawson Hotel, Edinburgh
« on: Thursday 21 May 20 21:25 BST (UK) »
I was wondering if any one had, or could help me find, some information on a hotel in Edinburgh, called the Lawson Hotel. My Grandparents spent the first part of their honeymoon there in 1932. I don't believe it exists now, but I'd love to find some information and/or a photo.

Regards

Stewart

Hi Stewart

Reference to it here for 1936-7 https://archive.org/stream/macdonaldsscot193637edin/macdonaldsscot193637edin_djvu.txt

The Lawson Hotel,
2 Grosvenor Crescent.
Misses E. & A. Lawson, proprietresses

Have a look on google maps for it. Buildings look original for the period. Full address for search inc postcode is 2 Grosvenor Crescent Edinburgh, EH12 5EP.
