The younger Rachel (James' daughter) was born 1899 not 1889.
Perhaps you or Elwyn could put a reply on Belfast Forum board (if not already done) to let them know which Rachel you are trying to find and prevent more duplication of searches.

Now to the 'real' Rachel.
Rachel Taylor m.(1902) Robert William McComb- her father Robert Taylor a weaver-

Daughter Agnes Eleanor McComb born 1902-

Robert William McComb died 1905-

Rachel m.(1919) Isaac Hayes-

Death registration suggests Rachel Taylor was born c1879.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for now so could you let us know what we can help with.

It sounds as though you haven't read my latest post :-\

Rachel Taylor's parents, Henry & Mary, had 10 children according to 1911 census so Rachel had 9 siblings. The 1901 census lists 3 of these siblings- Mary, Sarah, William

Rachel's birth-

Think some of my Taylor line was born in that county.

Are you sure they came from Armagh or do you perhaps have more than one Taylor line?
Title: Re: My Taylor line was from Antrim County Ireland
My 6th great grandfather, Isaac Taylor (1710-1781) was born there. He settled in Rockbridge County, VA in 1746. I also had an ancestor, Andrew Taylor, Sr. (5th great grandfather 1731-1787) born there too. He died in Washington County TN. He was married twice-Elizabeth Wilson and then Ann Wilson.
Has anyone else found that their Taylor line originated from this part of Ireland or another county?

In any case looks to be quite far back-
Even though my Taylor line began in France and moved to England, Scotland and finally Ireland, my 6th GGF Isaac Taylor (1710-1781) came to Virginia in 1746.

Has anyone done any research on the Taylor line in England? I have some of my ancestors from that area. One of my ancestors is John Taylor born in 1607.
Some of my Taylor line is from England and some from Scotland and Ireland. I've researched as far back as the 8th/9th century.
