Bryant Mason, Bengal, India

Hi,

I wondered if anyone can help source the marriage of a Bryant Mason, esq., (who joined the East India Company in 1780 at the age of 18, arrived in India 1781, a civil servant in the East Indies Company, Senior merchant Bengal CS, and he remained in India for the rest of his life, eventually becoming Salt Agent in Hidgellee near Calcutta) and Elizabeth Browne who was apparently a daughter of a Colonel Samuel Browne. I think they married in India in 1785, but I can find no record.

Bryant drowned with his son Frank on the way back to England on 1809, but there is a burial  in Calcutta 21 January 1802 of another Bryant Mason who I presume might be another son. Can anyone source his birth/baptism or any other details of this Bryan junior?
